TanX Lab Receives IEEC Seeding Grant!

The TanX Lab has received an IEEC seeding grant to support the development of AI-assisted multiscale modeling frameworks for electronic chips. This project focuses on predicting and improving Cu–Cu hybrid bonding reliability under thermal cycling by integrating artificial intelligence with physics-based multiscale simulations.
